Please note that this position is part of the Emiratisation Program, as such only UAE nationals can be considered.Language requirements: Fluent level of English and Arabic.At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Officer to join Eni Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the IT/TLC Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting and support to the teams within the office, including procurement, finance, general services and HSE. The Ruwais refinery, the fourth largest globally in terms of production capacity, enhances our high competitiveness in crude oil processing.Main Responsibilities Ensure the availability of IT services and tools to all stakeholders. Monitor the status of IT infrastructure and networks. Primary point of contact for help desk support, troubleshooting user’s problems as required. Install company software and hardware as required. Assist with the implementation of ICT policies and their adoption by users. Support cybersecurity related projects. Cooperate with other IT teams across the region as well as with HQ in Milan.Skills And Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar IT support/coordination role. Experience with Windows OS, including basic installation and configurations, build preparation, managing group policies and fundamentals of Active Directory. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Experience with Microsoft Office 365. Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms. Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals. Detailed-oriented, autonomous, with a problem-solving mindset.
