The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader (Rooms Controller) to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Coordinate daily room allocations with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations to optimize inventory usage Pre-assign rooms based on guest profiles, prioritizing VIPs and repeat guests, and manage room moves tactfully Monitor and update room status in the system, including changes like early departures, extensions, or maintenance issues Liaise with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness and resolution of maintenance concerns Support Front Office during peak times and collaborate on upselling and upgrade opportunities to boost revenue Prepare and share daily operational reports, attend briefings, and ensure all actions align with brand standards for guest experience About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Experience in as Rooms Controller in a large 5-star property Highschool diploma or general education in Business Administration preferred Strong Organizational skills Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is desirable About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
