Technical Project Manager – Software Development AgencyWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our client projects across web, mobile, and platform development. You will work closely with engineering, design, product, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to an exceptional standard.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project delivery from kick-off to launch, including planning, sprint structuring, timelines, and stakeholder communication.Translate client requirements into clear technical briefs, user stories, and delivery plans for internal teams.Manage cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, QA) and ensure they have the clarity and support needed to execute effectively.Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retros to maintain delivery momentum and remove blockers.Track project progress using tools such as Jira/Asana/ClickUp and ensure documentation is always up to date.Control scope, risks, and priorities — escalating issues early and maintaining alignment with clients and leadership.Be the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery lifecycle, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in the process.Ensure high-quality delivery, working with QA to maintain testing standards and release readiness.Manage resource allocation across projects, ensuring engineering, design, and QA resources are utilized effectively. This includes capacity planning, identifying bottlenecks, and partnering with leadership on hiring needs or bringing in external resources when required.Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, sprint velocity, and team communication.Requirements4+ years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in a software development or digital agency environment.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, or similar.A technical background (e.g., engineering, product, QA, or technical degree) is a strong advantage.Experience in client-facing delivery roles is preferred.20/25K AED per month
