Green Light Worldwide are seeking a skilled ICT Support Engineer to join our Sydney delivery team, playing a key role in supporting and optimizing support environment.   Responsibilities:Configuring point-of-sale systems, including menu layouts, recipe information, recipe data, and price changesImplement, maintain, and support new restaurant technology products and promotional configurationsPerforming quality assurance and testing of technology solutions prior to restaurant deploymentFacilitating the alignment of IT and business units for master file maintenance activities across Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands to ensure data integrity across regionsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for integrated restaurant technology systems which include Point of Sale (POS), Kiosk, Mobile Order and Pay Platforms.Resolve configuration and operational issues reported by restaurant teams, ensuring minimal disruption to service. RequirementsRelevant Diploma or higher qualification, or relevant work experience in lieuAt least 2 years relevant work experience in ICT support and systems configurationKeen interest and ideally experience in the IT side of the restaurant environmentExcellent communication skillsEffective time management and execution skillsProcess orientatedCritical thinking skillsKeen Eye for detail and quality We are an Australian onshore services company that provides technology capability across ANZ and Asia.
