We give priority to social contribution with the principle of "Make Happy Be Happy" and we have been producing happiness for more than 75 years with our products, services and sustainable social responsibility understanding.If you want to be a part of this global world with us, apply for the position of IFRS Transformation Center Specialist and join us.What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?Manage the transition process from statutory accounting (VUK) to IFRS for group companies.Prepare individual IFRS financial statements and accompanying notes to be used in consolidation.Ensure the application of IFRS accounting policies in line with current legislation and practices.Establish regular and constructive communication with accounting/finance teams responsible for local GAAP records to ensure necessary data flow.Coordinate reconciliations, creation of adjustment entries, and collection of data in reporting-friendly formatsProvide support to accounting and finance teams of group companies during IFRS reporting processes.Take an active role in problem-solving, interpretation, and technical advisory mattersTake an active role in projects aimed at digitalizing IFRS reporting processes.Support system implementations and data integration projects that contribute to the automation of reporting processesPerform quality checks on prepared statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.Provide supporting documentation for the reliability of IFRS reports during internal and external audit processesWhat Are the Qualifications We Expect:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields from reputable universities,Minimum 3-4 years experience in an audit firm and real-sector,Good knowledge of IFRS and statutory Turkish accounting,Advance command of verbal and written English,Advanced knowledge in MS Office ProgramsWhich Skills Will Highlight You?The ability of analytical thinking,Being a team player,Pro-active approachPowerful interaction skills,Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines required“Çalışan Adayı Aydınlatma Metni için ; https://www.yildizholding.com.tr/tr/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi sayfamızı ziyaret edebilirsiniz.”
