You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Assyst solutions, optimise workflows, and apply ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and overall business performance.What you’ll be doing:Configuring, implementing, and supporting IFS Assyst modules (ITSM, ITOM, ESM, Self-Service, Mobile).Working with clients to capture requirements and translate them into functional Assyst solutions.Customising workflows, forms, service catalogues, and automations within Assyst.Supporting deployments, integrations, and upgrades in line with project timelines.Troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of Assyst environments.Delivering end-user and stakeholder training sessions and creating documentation.Collaborating with consultants, technical teams, and business users to optimise ITSM processes.Applying ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and business outcomes.Who you are:You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or IT.You have 3–4 years of experience in IT Service Management or ESM consulting (internships count too!).You understand ITIL/ITSM principles and their practical application.You’re comfortable working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and providing solutions.You have excellent problem-solving skills and can manage multiple priorities.You speak English at a B2 level or higher and communicate clearly and effectively.You work independently, proactively solve problems, and always keep the client's needs in mind.You’re eager to learn, stay current with ITSM/ESM trends, and grow your expertise in IFS Assyst.Hands-on experience with IFS Assyst (configuration, administration, or implementation) will be considered a strong advantage.What we offer: A competitive salary aligned with your skills and experience.Diverse and ambitious projects that challenge and inspire.A collaborative, down-to-earth environment — we value partnership over hierarchy.Support from experienced colleagues and access to a wealth of shared knowledge.Continuous development — with access to learning platforms and opportunities to grow your expertise.Ready to unleash your potential with InfoConsulting?Click "Apply" to submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you’re passionate about driving digital transformation.Join us in shaping the future of service management with IFS expertise!
