Champion adoption and engagement across user teams.Own Projects & RenewalsSupport pilots, renewals, and expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.Collaborate Across TeamsAct as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with internal teams including Delivery, Product, and Sales.Stay Engaged & AlignedHost regular check-ins and strategic meetings, including on-site visits and quarterly reviews, to deepen partnerships and maintain alignment.✅ What You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in Implementation roles, or a similar client-facing role.Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential.Strong multitasking, project execution, and time management skills.A proactive, empathetic, customer-first mindset.Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment
