In- House Collection Associate

Handles and monitors in-house collection follow-up bucket of 1-30 days past due.Negotiates settlement or promise to pay date from past due accounts; advises and counsels clients then recommends actions.Handles in-house collection inquiries of walk-in clients; discusses and explains comprehensively to clients all necessary information.Documents follow-up notes and updates clients profilePrepares input sheets for adjustments and posting of payment and pay-offs.Prepares entries of redeposits of returned checks.Analyzes client profile, computes payment dues and prepares order of payment to cashier.Obtains complete and updated information of clients credit record; reconciles ledger and payment dues.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
