They identify and partner with influencers, create strategies, negotiate contracts, and oversee the entire campaign from content creation to performance analysis to ensure it meets business goals.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Indonesian YT and IG influencers for promoting in house incent apps and games.Manage a quarterly budget and identify high ROI KOLs in Indonesian geography.Responsible for In-app campaigns and banners for festivals for user engagement.Manage strong relationships with Influencers and agencies for long term collaboration.Analysis BI dashboards and data and suggest quantitative and qualitative improvement across apps for maximizing revenue.Skills3-5 years of Influencer marketing experienceNegotiation and agency management experience preferredStrong connections with Gaming, DIY, and tech InfluencersExpert level English and Bahasa communicationSkills: influencer onboarding,influencer,gaming,campaigns,influencer marketing
