Migosmedia is an influencer management agency specialized in fashion and beauty, operating in France, Spain, and the United Kingdom with global ambition.We represent key opinion leader talents and collaborate with the most demanding brands in the market.As part of our growth, we are looking for a Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist.ResponsibilitiesOperational support for talent collaborationsSend commercial proposals and briefs to talents.Oversee operations: receive deliverables, coordinate feedback, ensure deadlines are met.Compile reporting for brands and maintain internal archives.Maintenance and updating of commercial materialsRegularly update talent mediakits.Produce and maintain sector-specific mediakits (fashion, beauty, lifestyle).Ensure visual and editorial consistency across all commercial documents.Talent activity monitoringContent reporting (posts, performance, calendars).Artistic direction support: aesthetic research, content suggestions, feed/story/Reels consistency.Occasional support in preparing shoots or campaigns.Desired ProfileExcellent written and spoken communication in French and English.First experience in digital appreciated (marketing, social media, content creation, agency, etc.).Strong knowledge of social media codes (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).Proficient in Canva for visual asset creation.Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets (tracking tables, reporting).Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail.Strong interest in fashion and beauty.Highly organized, autonomous, and rigorous.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of AI tools appreciated (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.Role DetailsFreelance (monthly invoicing).100% remote.Start date: As soon as possible.Workload: 40h/week.
