You’ll guide your team, collaborate across marketing, and help shape the influencer channel for a global gaming marketplace used by millions.👉 BREAKDOWN:People Management – Lead and mentor a team of three Influencer Marketing Managers;Strategy Building – Develop innovative strategies to grow the influencer marketing channel;KPIs & OKRs – Plan and implement quarterly OKRs, broken down by social media platforms (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube) and locales (EN, DE, ES, JP, IT);Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor activities across social media platforms and stay ahead of market trends;Data Analysis – Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to drive consistent growth;Collaboration with Other Teams – Work closely with content, development, and other marketing teams to align influencer initiatives with overall business goals.👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEEDAt least 1 years of experience in Influencer Marketing;Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Grafana;Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);Proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a team;Strong eye for detail and accuracy;Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and supportive, with a positive attitude.👉 BONUS POINTS Familiarity with the gaming industry;A personal interest in influencer marketing - whether through following creators on Twitch or YouTube, or keeping up with the latest trends.👉 WHY ELDORADO.GGBecause you’ll join a team that values bold ideas.
