The company is a licensed Payment Institution and a principal member of both Visa and Mastercard.As the company continues to expand, our marketing team is also growing. We are currently looking for a PPS Specialist to join the marketing team in Vilnius or Klaipeda.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with business goals.Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and (ideally) create visual ad assets.Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI. Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports with actionable insights.Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximise results.Contribute to SEO initiatives if you have interest or experience in this area (optional but highly valued).WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and YouTube (LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus).Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.Experience with A/B testing and reporting.A creative eye and strong attention to detail.2–3 years of hands-on PPC experience – with a portfolio or examples of previous work you’re proud to share.WHAT WE OFFER:Fintech company where your ideas are valued, and your impact is visible.Work alongside experienced professionals and expand your digital marketing expertise.Modern office + flexibility: Hybrid work setup with modern workspaces in Vilnius or Klaipėda.Plus private health insurance and additional benefits in a constructive and ambitious workplace.Monthly salary of 2,500 – 3,300 EUR grossIf you are interested, please contact us directly at gintare.g@peoplelink.lt
