We produce interactive security eLearning and video content globally and customize the same to large multinational clients.YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a social media & internal marketing wizard to drive 2 areas – 1) our brand, market and social media presence, and 2) utilization of our security awareness content across our multinational clients.A solid strategy is in place, our value and brand preposition clear. We are now looking for someone that can independently drive execute and bring this to life.Plan and execute social media campaigns that raise brand awarenessWork with our in-house video team to produce marketing content that can be used across our social presence as well as for our clients.Write, edit and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and blogFacilitate and promote monthly webinars, support conference activities (2 per year)Set up marketing funnelsSet marketing KPIs and measure performance against themAct as internal comms advisor to our existing clients (Security Directors at large multinationals)Develop content that can be used by our clients to drive utilization of our awareness contentReview & further develop our marketing plan and toolsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years relevant marketing experienceFluent in English (written and spoken)Confident, outgoing personalitySelf-starter that can work independentlyMarketing related degreeNice to haves but a plusAlready existing LinkedIn or social media presenceVideo production experience (in whatever form)Design expertise and knowledge of the Adobe Creative suitePrevious experience with setting up lead pages/funnelsWHAT WE OFFERBeing part of an awesome international team and an exciting start up journeyAccess to in-house video capabilities to make your ideas a realityAbility to work with Fortune500 level clients across various industriesFlexible work arrangementsAppropriate compensation based on experience & qualificationsLocation: Vilnius preferred, remote possible
