Job Summary:The IT Officer will be responsible for handling all IT-related tasks and systems at Iraq Mall Head Office. The role involves managing hardware and software infrastructure, surveillance , Help Desk support, POS systems, and ensuring seamless operation of all digital and network services across the mall. Key of responsibility: 1. System & Network Management·       Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.·       Manage local area network (LAN), internet connectivity, and internal servers.·       Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.2. Help Desk & User Support·       Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.·       Handle troubleshooting requests in a timely and professional manner.·       Maintain an updated log of IT issues and solutions (ticketing system).3. POS (Point of Sale) & System Integration·       Support installation and troubleshooting of POS systems used by tenants and mall operations.·       Ensure data synchronization between POS and financial systems.·       Coordinate with the finance and leasing departments for any system-related updates.4. Software & Database Management·       Install and update operating systems and licensed software.·       Maintain database backups and ensure data protection in line with IT policies.·       Support the development and implementation of new systems and modules.5. IT Infrastructure & Maintenance·       Manage IT inventory (hardware, cables, routers, and accessories).·       Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.·       Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs and system upgrades.6. Reporting & Documentation·       Prepare daily and monthly IT reports regarding system performance and issues.·       Maintain proper documentation for all IT equipment and configurations.·       Recommend improvements to enhance network security and system efficiency.   Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.· Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferably in malls, retail, or large organizations).· Strong knowledge of networking, and POS operations.· Proficient in Microsoft systems, Windows Server, and Office 365 tools.· Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Fluent in Arabic and English.
