A highly successful and fast growing MSP in Melbourne's South East is looking to take on an IT Support Engineer to their team. The company has grown from strength to strength over the last few years and are continuing to expand their team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will have a varied role, providing both on site and remote support to clients and you have an excellent opportunity to work with Enterprise size clients.The IT Support Engineer will be on site with a client 2 days a week so will need their own vehicle, fuel allowances will be provided to cover the costs.The main responsibilities:Take ownership of Level 2 tickets and escalations within the Service DeskProvide on site support and projects with an enterprise clientDemonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities to efficiently resolve requestsEnsure that support is aligned with SLAsAssist with projects when requiredContinuously up skill and attain industry certifications with the company's supportEnsure excellent communication at all timesThe experience required:Previous experience in an MSP3+ years experience in an IT Support focused positionStrong technical skill set across MS Stack - Windows, O365, Teams, Intune, Servers, EntraIDBasic network support skills - LAN/WANProven experience working in a service desk environment to SLAsExperience providing face-to-face on site supportExcellent communication skills and attitude towards learningIf you think you are the one to shine in this role please APPLY now for a confidential chat!
