IT Support Specialist (Specialist/Senior Specialist)Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Specialist/Senior Specialist) for our company, leading in Turkish gaming industry. The position reports to the Network & System Senior Manager.A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:Essential Duties:The role requires that the resource operate both in the planning and operational sphere and to work in scope:Implementation of new projects,Support, assistance of system and network components,Computer hardware and software support for end users,Communication components of office support,ITSM platform and service catalog managementMain technical knowledge of the following system technologies:Android, Windows and MacOS/IOS (Preferred) operating systems,Microsoft and Office 365 applications, Microsoft server systems (Basic level),LAN, WAN, VPN, TCPI/IP, DHCP, Wireless (For end-user support),Network infrastructure and cabling knowledge,Compliance with Information Technology and Information Security,ITSM platforms and service catalog management,Printer, Phone, Camera etc. environmental systemsSkills and Qualifications:Significant experience of at least 3 years in the same role in structured and complex companies,Experienced C-Level Support,Proficient in Microsoft and Office 365 applications,Knowledge and experience in Android, Windows and MacOS/IOS (Preferred) operating systems,Technical knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, TCPI/IP, DHCP, Wireless (for end-user support),Network infrastructure and cabling knowledge is required,Experienced in ITSM platforms and service catalog management,Experienced in Printer, Phone, Camera etc. environmental systems,Availability for extra-hours shifts,Strong communication and problem-solving skills,Good communication and coordination skills,Result orientation and proactivity,Good spoken and written English“Suitability for the job is the only criterion evaluated in the recruitment and employment.
