Information Technology Support Technician

We’re expanding! Onsite Technology Solutions is looking for a skilled Mobile IT Technician to support our clients across Melbourne. This is a casual role (20 hours/week) with strong potential to increase or transition to permanent part-time or full-time.We are a fast growing MSP focused on Medical IT and SME clients. Our clients range from GP/Specialist/Dental clinics to SME clients in variety of industries from manufacturing to food services to importers.What You’ll DoSupport Windows 8/10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (OpenVPN, Windows VPN)Work with firewalls: Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco MerakiSupport SQL databases & client-server applicationsAssemble NUC PCs & desktop PCsPerform server hardware tasks (RAM, disks, RAID setup)Attend onsite client visits across Melbourne & regional vicWhat We’re Looking ForStrong Microsoft desktop & server knowledgeGood understanding of networking, VPNs, and firewallsSQL knowledgeFluent EnglishRight to work in AustraliaValid Australian driver’s licenseOwn reliable car (fuel & tolls covered)Why Join Us?Flexible part-time hours (20/week)Opportunity to grow into permanent part-time or full-timeVariety of clients and technologiesSupportive team and work environment
