We support public-sector modernization programs, multilateral investment planning, and cross-border policy innovation across Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Latin America.Role OverviewWe are hiring an Infrastructure Connectivity & Trade Modernization Analyst to contribute to technical diagnostics, trade facilitation research, and regional integration advisory work in the context of Türkiye’s position as a Eurasian logistics hub. Based in Istanbul, this role is ideal for professionals with experience in multimodal freight, customs reform, or economic corridor planning—especially those familiar with the Middle Corridor (Trans-Caspian Route), TRACECA, or Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) infrastructure.You will help deliver strategic reports and policy recommendations that support Türkiye’s role in intercontinental supply chains and sustainable infrastructure development.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct diagnostics on Türkiye’s trade infrastructure performance, regulatory landscape, and regional connectivitySupport the development of corridor competitiveness assessments and infrastructure investment briefsMonitor institutional developments in customs digitization, intermodal transport, and regional logistics platformsPrepare policy papers and briefing materials for government agencies, DFIs, and trade ministriesAnalyze institutional coordination gaps across customs, port authorities, and transport regulatorsCollaborate with global teams to deliver policy-aligned infrastructure advisory outputsQualificationsDegree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics2–5 years of experience in trade logistics, infrastructure policy, or public sector consultingFamiliarity with Middle Corridor dynamics, customs modernization in Türkiye, or regional trade agreements (e.g., EU–Türkiye Customs Union, ECO)Strong technical writing and policy research capabilitiesExperience working with DFIs, public-private partnerships, or regional cooperation platforms is a plusFluency in English requiredApplication ProcessTo apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter via LinkedIn.
