We are looking for an Investment Banking Corporate Finance – Associate / Assistant Vice President / Vice President to join our Corporate Finance Team and be responsible for all the functions within the framework of investment banking activities.Qualifications sought in candidates:-Strong educational background with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any other relevant fields from a reputable university Other professional certificate is considered a plus,-A minimum experience of up to 5-7 years in corporate finance,-Required regulator license is a must (Capital Markets Board, Level 3),-Experience in M&A transactions with execution know-how and related financial know-how,-Experience in Debt Capital Markets (issuance of Bond/Eurobonds) including related regulatory documentation,-Experience in IPO transactions including execution know-how with the regulators,-Strong corporate finance and accounting skills including valuation, financial modeling and financial figures reading,-Strong teamwork and negotiation skills,-Strong analytical and quantitative skills,-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,-Positive, ambitious, eager to learn, and entrepreneurial mind-set,-Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset,-Able to work within a multicultural environment.Would you like to be a member of the ICBC Turkey Yatırım family?
