Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration for development and validation environments. Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for infrastructure and deployment issues in Kubernetes clusters. Support build, test, and deployment workflows to ensure high software reliability and uptime. Collaborate with software and validation teams to integrate automation scripts and improve release efficiency. Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. Maintain documentation for CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and infrastructure standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and DevOps roadmap evolution.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What You Need The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in the following areas: DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or CI/CD Engineering. Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting. Docker container management and orchestration. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent pipeline tools. Linux environments and command-line development workflows. Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (as a power user). Infrastructure-as-code concepts and automation using Python, Bash, or YAML. Data security principles and compliance in DevOps workflows. Debugging, analytical, and problem-solving. Nice to have: Exposure to object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and operating system internals. Familiarity with Linux kernel and system-level debugging. Experience managing hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
