A leading infrastructure firm is seeking a Funding Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale capacity funding and renewable support programmes. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for planning and executing market auctions that secure long-term electricity capacity and support renewable investment. You will shape operational delivery, strengthen governance and assurance frameworks, and play a key role in supporting Ireland’s transition to a low-carbon, secure energy system.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of capacity and renewable support auctions with robust governance and quality assurance.Manage day-to-day operations, performance and development of a multi-disciplinary team.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external bodies, including regulators and third parties.Monitor post-auction project delivery to ensure performance standards are met.Drive continuous improvement, capability building and process innovation.Requirements:10+ years’ experience in the energy sector, markets, regulation, commercial operations, or infrastructure.Proven experience managing operational teams and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.Skilled communicator able to influence, engage and build confidence at senior levels.Strong organisational, analytical and decision-making capability.Understanding of Ireland’s electricity system, capacity market or renewable support schemes is desirable (not essential).To discuss in confidence, contact Diarmuid Clancy via dclancy@elevatepartners.ie or apply directly via the link provided.
