Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity Manager

Lead, plan, and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity posture to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of systems. This includes managing the Thin Client environment deployed by HQ, coordinating the upcoming Thin Client Windows Upgrade, and overseeing cybersecurity implementation initiatives to align with HQ and global standards.The role is also positioned as a potential Assistant IT Head within the next 3 years, contributing to succession planning through developing strategic, financial, and operational leadership capabilities.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management – Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, including the Thin Client environment in coordination with HQ, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.Thin Client Modernization – Lead the Thin Client Windows Upgrade project, ensuring minimal business disruption and compliance with HQ technical standards.Network Operations – Manage LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN connectivity to deliver secure, stable, and high-speed access across all company sites.Cybersecurity Oversight – Direct the cybersecurity implementation project from HQ, develop and enforce security policies, monitor threats, manage SOC integration, and lead incident response activities.System Upgrades & Modernization – Plan and execute lifecycle management of hardware, OS, Thin Client servers, and network devices, including patch management and version upgrades.Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity – Maintain and test backup, DR, and failover procedures to ensure operational resilience.Vendor & Contract Management – Evaluate and manage vendors for infrastructure, Thin Client systems, and cybersecurity solutions, ensuring compliance with SLAs and budget constraints.Team Leadership – Supervise, mentor, and develop infrastructure and security engineers to build a high-performing technical team.Compliance & Audit Support – Ensure adherence to ISO, GDPR, PDPA, and internal IT governance frameworks.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.Professional Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent.ExperienceMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.Proven track record managing Thin Client environments and executing Windows OS upgrade projects.Strong experience in planning and implementing enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and SOC integration.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure design, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and disaster recovery strategies.Demonstrated vendor management skills and ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PDPA.Key CompetenciesStrategic Leadership – Ability to align infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives with corporate objectives and HQ directives.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong capability to identify issues, analyze roots causes, and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines.Collaboration & Communication – Effective at working with cross-functional teams, HQ counterparts, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.Project Management Excellence – Skilled in delivering complex, multi-site projects such as Thin Client Windows Upgrades and enterprise cybersecurity implementations.Integrity & Confidentiality – Upholds high ethical standards and safeguards sensitive business and security information.Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance performance, security, and cost efficiency.
