Experience with SaaS, On-prem, or Hybrid is highly valued. Your focus will be to build relationships, close business directly and through our channel partners, create and execute campaigns, drive growth, and over-achieve on revenue targets.ResponsibilitiesManage and close high-velocity inbound opportunities from channel partners/distribution and current accounts.Finding, developing, and closing sales opportunitiesManage your own sales achievement goals against a specified territoryProactively prospecting customers to identify net new business opportunities and develop relationships via cold calling, own pipeline activitiesOwn and manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, leveraging a value-based selling approachMaintain accurate forecasts and activities in the CRM (Salesforce)Identifies customer/partners needs/requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutionsMaintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing, and keep up to date on knowledge of the companyRemains up to date on new products and service offeringsEngage directly with end users/partners via telephone calls, email, while leveraging field sales for onsite engagement where neededBe highly responsive to partners and customers, providing them with the information they need throughout the sales processWork with customers to complete Health Checks, Quarterly Business Reviews, and increase customer engagement with our Strategic CustomersWorks with channel partners to identify and qualify sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities to generate pipeline in collaboration with the Field Channel ManagerQualifications3+ years’ experience within a channel/inside sales/renewals role (technology, software, B2B, etc.)Good knowledge of Microsoft & SalesforceHighly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in salesAbility to work independently and as a team playerExcellent selling, negotiation, and communication skillsCapacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Create and nurture strong collaborative relationships with customers, partners and sales team members.Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent third-level qualificationStrong presentation and critical thinking skillsFluent in EnglishCompany OverviewQuest Software builds the foundation for enterprise AI with solutions in data governance, cybersecurity, and platform modernization.
