We are looking for an Inside Sales who will provide comprehensive support to the sales team by efficiently handling customer requests, managing order processing, and liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth sales operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting sales objectives:Manage customer requests including preparation and dispatch of financial quotes and tender submissions.Accurately enter and track customer orders, handling queries and resolving order-related issues promptly.Send copies of software and hardware invoices, as well as certifications to customers.Record technical problems and customer cases in the system for proper follow-up.Log sales assignments and business opportunities in the tracking system.Monitor customer stock levels and coordinate with vendors to request quotes and promotional offers.Register deals with vendors and maintains continuous communication regarding ongoing promotions and requests.Configure and support computer systems as required.Collaborate daily with internal teams including technical support, presales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure accurate execution of processes.Handle incoming calls professionally at the company’s call center, providing prompt and courteous responses.Entry and tracking of customer orders.Job RequirementsProven experience in sales support or customer service roles.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.Good command of English (written and verbal).Basic technical knowledge.ERP knowledge will be considered as an asset. What we offer🏃 A buddy will support you with your onboarding. 💸Competitive salary package. 👩‍⚕️ Health and life insurance for you and your family. 🎉 Team Building and Corporate Social Responsibility Activities. 📚 We offer constant opportunities for learning, with sponsored certificates aligned with business needs and technology trends.
