Read more about us at www.garantell.comAbout the roleThis position leads the inside sales teams in Sweden and Norway, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer support. It’s a hands-on role with real impact—where collaboration, process improvement, and commercial thinking come together. You’re the link between inside sales and business development, helping shape regional strategies and drive continuous improvement. You will also support the Sales engineers team outside Sweden and Norway with local office support.What you’ll doLead and develop inside sales teams in Sweden and NorwaySupport field sales and customers with quotations, orders, and inquiriesImprove internal processes to enhance customer experienceCollaborate with Nordic leadership on regional sales strategiesEnsure accurate CRM usage and reportingCoordinate sales activities across countries and act as a central contact point.Oversee HR-related matters like absence planning, hybrid work and team developmentWhat we’re looking forWe’re looking for a strong and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. Leadership is central to this role — not just managing people, but inspiring them, setting direction, and building a culture of accountability and engagement.You bringMinimum 5 years of leadership experience within inside sales or sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment, including international exposureProven leadership and team management skills — with the ability to coach, motivate, and drive performanceStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesA strategic mindset and solid business acumenExperience in HR-related topics within a sales environmentExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English, Norwegian is a plusA customer-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvementAbility to manage change and drive results across teams and regionsConfident using ERP systems and excel.Driving license BA structured, proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems. You lead with empathy, communicate clearly, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
