Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for an Inside Sales Representative. The responsibilities include engaging with clients (including at Trade Shows), generating new leads, maintaining and growing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also involves understanding customer needs and recommending tailored machinery solutions, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets by effectively promoting the company's product range. Other responsibilites include parts/comsumable sales and inventory management. Qualifications Strong expertise in Inside Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a client-focused approachProven skills in Lead Generation and ongoing Account ManagementStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with metal fabrication, welding or autimated industrial equipment is an assetDemonstrated organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with CRM tools and a good understanding of sales processes
