Works closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and deliver an excellent customer experience. Requires strong communication skills, a technical background in IT or Computer Science, and proven B2B sales experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunitiesProvide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecastMastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirementsInitiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usageManage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customersManage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outboundWork with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospectsMaintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is capturedUndertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contractsWork with a team and report directly to a Sales ManagerHIRING REQUIREMENT2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacityFluent in EnglishPrior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goalsExperience in high-volume callingExperience learning new technology and dataProblem solving skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office programsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
