Inspectors ( Electrical / Architectural)

We are seeking experienced Inspectors (Electrical / Architectural) to join our Building Supervision Project team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have solid experience in site-based construction supervision and inspections for building projects in the particularly Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily site inspections to ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards.Verify materials, workmanship, and safety practices at site.Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve site issues.Review and monitor construction progress to maintain project timelines and quality standards.Prepare inspection reports and other site documentation.Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.Support the supervision team and attend site meetings as required.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, or Architecture from a recognized institution.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction supervision projects.Previous experience in Dubai building projects is mandatory.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and inspection procedures.Excellent communication and reporting skills.
