Instrument Maintenance Engineer

Maintain and troubleshoot transmitters, analyzers, control valves, PLC/DCS systems, and ESD/FGS safety systems.Perform calibration, loop checks, functional tests, and diagnostics.Implement preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with ISA/IEC standards and safety regulations.Prepare calibration reports, maintenance documents, and records.Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and operations teams.Support system upgrades, modifications, and shutdown work.Conduct RCA for repeated instrumentation failures.Manage spare parts, calibration tools, and vendor coordination.Train and support junior instrumentation technicians.
