Headquartered in Singapore, SJ is a diverse collective of experts delivering sustainable and high-impact solutions across the built environment.The RoleSurbana Jurong is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer to support a major power and renewable energy project. The role involves supervising, reviewing, and commissioning I&C systems to ensure design integrity, quality, and compliance with technical and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview I&C design documents, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings for accuracy and compliance.Supervise installation, calibration, and testing of field instruments, transmitters, and control systems.Support programming, logic testing, and commissioning of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.Verify signal integrity, redundancy, and cybersecurity measures.Witness and validate functional and performance testing of I&C systems.Review control philosophy, cause-and-effect matrices, and instrument data sheets.Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for system integration and handover.Key Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control, or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years’ experience in I&C systems within the power industry, with at least two renewable energy projects.Strong experience with control system commissioning, loop checks, and SCADA/PLC integration.Key Knowledge And SkillsStrong understanding of industrial automation, process control, and instrumentation standards.Proficient in troubleshooting and system diagnostics.Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.Commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.How To ApplyPlease submit your application through our official careers portal.
