The Insurance Advisor will engage with customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and provide expert guidance. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, addressing inquiries, offering personalized insurance solutions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role will also involve collaboration with other team members to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience or knowledge in Insurance and FinanceProficient in Consulting and Customer Service skillsStrong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulationProven ability to build trust and long-term client relationshipsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferredAbility to work collaboratively with a teamPrevious experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
