If you feel this role is for you, then please apply.Role: Insurance Compliance AdministratorLocation: Dublin/Waterford/HybridReporting to: Executive Head of ComplianceTerms: Part-Time Permanent - 24 hours per weekSalary Range: €39,050 - €50,536 pro-rata for 3 working days or 5 mornings per week(Please note that offers are typically made at the beginning to mid-range of the advertised salary, based on skills and experience)Job Purpose:Centralised oversight of the requisition and monitoring of Contractor or Supplier/Consultant insurance cover documentation on Respond's Housing Management System/Calqrisk System and to maintain documented records of insurance cover and track insurance renewals to ensure insurance cover remains in place for the duration of the service provision.Main Duties / Responsibilities:Centralised implementation and oversight of Responds Insurance policy and procedures across all departments. Verification and Collation of all Contractor/Supplier insurance policy documents and all supporting documentation before sending to Respond's insurance broker for approval. Act as an intermediary between Respond Department lead and Respond's insurance brokers in relation to insurance cover level requirements/queries raised by individual departments. Contractor/Supplier set up on Respond's Housing Management System/Calqrisk System. Allocate access to Contractor/Supplier on Respond's Contractor Web Portal. Running Monthly reports of insurance expirations and notifying relevant stakeholders. Email and Diary Management and oversight. Manage and maintain efficient filing systems. Draft and type letters, reports, memos, emails, and presentations. Provide administration support to relevant departments as and when required in relation to insurance administrative tasks. Education:Requires a relevant undergraduate degree. Skills & Experience:Position requires 3-5 years of experience preferably having worked in the insurance. Strong administration skills are also highly desirable. Advanced computer skill, in Microsoft Office applications, IT systems and portals. Additional Requirements:Ability to set up priorities and complete tasks to schedule. Ability to work on your own initiative and take the lead on insurance compliance. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within the position. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and planning skills.
