Role Description This is a full-time Insurance Sales Agent role, based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid working model that includes both office-based and remote work. The Insurance Sales Agent will focus on identifying and reaching out to potential clients to offer insurance and related financial products. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their needs, providing personalized solutions, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring exceptional post-sale customer service. The agent will also collaborate with internal teams and adhere to company and market compliance standards. Qualifications Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of the insurance marketSkills in providing outstanding Customer Service and collaborating with clients to identify their needsFamiliarity with Insurance Brokerage and industry best practicesStrong Sales skills, including persuasion and relationship buildingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environmentA bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in financial services or another relevant field is a plus
