It is a subsidiary of the Islamic Arab Insurance Companies (SALAMA) and is dedicated to providing Sharia-compliant insurance solutions in Egypt. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and staying updated on industry trends and financial products. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales and understanding of insurance productsIn-depth knowledge of the Insurance sector and finance-related principlesStrong skills in Customer Service and relationship managementExperience in Team Management and leadershipAbility to analyze market trends and drive sales growthExcellent communication and negotiation skillsRelevant experience in the insurance or financial industry is highly desirable
