In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. You’ll manage calls, gather key information, and support attorneys by ensuring every potential client’s details are accurately captured and followed up on. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and finds satisfaction in providing exceptional service every day.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Answering incoming calls from potential new clients and performing initial screeningsDetermining the subject area and assessing ability to payEntering client data accurately into the systemGuiding clients through payment methods and next stepsConducting brief research and sharing relevant information with attorneysReceiving and documenting messages from clientsMaking follow-up calls to clients as neededRequesting additional documents or information from potential new clientsWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in client intake, customer service, or salesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and SpanishStrong organizational and data entry abilitiesAbility to handle approximately 20 calls per day with professionalism and careExperience working in a legal environment is a plusReliable, professional, and bilingualCompassionate and patient communicatorStrong interpersonal and active listening skillsFriendly and outgoing personalityDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughAble to maintain composure under pressureProficiency with CRM or client management systemsComfortable using online communication and scheduling toolsReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
