We are currently in search of a skilled and dynamic professional for the position of Interface Director within our Roads team. This is a leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication across various stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery. This is crucial for mitigating risks, avoiding delays, and ensuring all project elements align technically and contractually.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and coordinating all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication across various stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project deliveryDevelop and implement interface management plans to identify, track, and mitigate potential risks associated with project integrationFacilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss interface issues, provide updates, and gather feedbackEnsure adherence to project schedules and budgets while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutionsServe as the primary point of contact for interface-related inquiries, facilitating resolution of conflicts and discrepanciesMonitor and report on the status of interfaces, providing updates to senior management and stakeholdersPromote a culture of collaboration and proactive communication across all project teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredA minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on interface managementDemonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interfacesStrong understanding of infrastructure design, construction processes, and project integration practicesExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsProfessional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirableBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
