Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly organized and strategic Senior Manager - Accreditation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accreditation process for our various offerings, ensuring that they meet national and international standards. Your expertise will support our mission to provide exceptional quality experiences in entertainment and tourism.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement accreditation strategies and processes that align with Qiddiya's goals and objectivesMonitor and evaluate compliance with accreditation standards and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for submissionsConduct regular assessments and audits to ensure continuous compliance with accreditation requirementsCollaborate with internal teams to foster an understanding of accreditation standards and their importanceStay updated on the latest developments in accreditation requirements and best practices within the industryEngage with external regulatory bodies and accreditation organizations to facilitate the accreditation processLead training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of accreditation standards among staffPrepare and present recommendations for improvement based on assessment outcomesManage all communication related to accreditation status, updates, and changes within the organizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferredA minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accreditation management or quality assurance, preferably in the entertainment or tourism sectorsStrong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in stakeholder engagementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyExperience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure complianceBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
