Interior Designer

With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and timeless design, Alpago Design & Build delivers bespoke interiors that reflect sophistication, craftsmanship, and precision.The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing interior design solutions for high-end projects in alignment with Alpago’s luxury design standards. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all design deliverables meet aesthetic, functional, and client expectations.Key Responsibilities1. Concept DevelopmentDevelop creative and innovative interior design concepts aligned with project requirements and brand standards.Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and material palettes for client approval.Conduct research on design trends, materials, and finishes suitable for luxury projects.2. Design ExecutionCreate detailed interior layouts, 3D renderings, and presentation drawings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop).Specify and coordinate materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings (FF&E).Collaborate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design integrity through all project phases.3. Project CoordinationParticipate in client meetings, site visits, and design workshops.Review and coordinate shop drawings and samples for design compliance.Work closely with site teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.4. Documentation & QualityPrepare full sets of design documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.Ensure all drawings adhere to Alpago’s quality and documentation standards.Conduct design reviews to maintain consistency, functionality, and visual impact.5. Collaboration & SupportCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for sample approvals and procurement.Support project managers and quantity surveyors in cost estimation and value engineering exercises.Perform other related duties as required to ensure successful project completion.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in high-end interior design, preferably within the UAE.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting design, and detailing for luxury interiors.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility aligned with Alpago’s design philosophy.Key CompetenciesCreativity and InnovationTechnical Accuracy and DetailingClient-Centric ApproachCollaboration and TeamworkTime and Quality ManagementProblem-Solving and Adaptability
