About us:We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry.We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Architect to be involved in all phases of the design and development process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end real estate projects, a deep understanding of Dubai's building regulations and market trends, and a passion for creating exceptional spaces that redefine urban living. You will work collaboratively to transform conceptual ideas into buildable, world-class developments.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development: Lead and contribute to the conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation of various real estate projects (towers, villas, mixed-use complexes).Technical Expertise: Produce high-quality, accurate, and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs fully comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, DM codes, DDA guidelines, and other relevant local authorities' requirements. Manage the process of submitting drawings for approval.Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Senior Management) and external parties (clients, investors, consultants) to present design ideas, incorporate feedback, and align the project vision.Sustainability & Innovation: Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies to create environmentally responsible and future-proof buildings.Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any architectural issues that arise on-site.Coordination: Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and landscape consultants to ensure a cohesive and integrated design.Market Awareness: Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, materials, and technologies in the architecture and real estate sectors within Dubai and the wider GCC region.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Previous experience in a leading architectural firm, particularly in a concept design role. - Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices. Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design work. Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max). - Strong design and visualization skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
