This role works independently, with support from other Senior Designers, leading individual projects while collaborating closely with our design team, vendors, and contractors.Key Responsibilities Lead assigned kitchen and bath design projects from concept to installation. Develop and present complete design proposals, including mood boards, renderings, and detailed specifications. Create accurate technical drawings, elevations, and documentation for cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures. Select and source appliances, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and finishes that meet design intent and client needs. Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes with precision. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, contractors, and vendors. Supervise junior team members on delegated project tasks. Conduct site visits and final walkthroughs to ensure quality control and design accuracy.Job RequirementsQualifications 8-10 years of professional kitchen and bath design experience in residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software. Solid understanding of cabinetry detailing, construction methods, plumbing, and electrical coordination. NKBA certification or progress toward certification preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
