Sets the direction and policies for sales activities and manages the execution of these plans.Sells the firm's products and services through non-affiliated or third-party intermediaries who, in turn, sell these products to individuals.The position reports to the Head of Intermediary Sales and forms part of the Intermediary sales team focusing on generating business from various distribution channels with primary focus on Southeast Asian distribution partners, particularly Thailand.Responsibilities of the role: Marketing and selling Invesco funds to various distribution channels including consumer banks, private banks, IFA, insurance companies and family offices in Southeast Asia, namely Thailand.Network and relationships with key gatekeepers, relationships with local asset managers and experience with feeder fund fundraising will be a plusBuilding and maintaining the overall relationship with high standard of client service with all levels with our distribution partnersProvide quality support to distributorsAssist in exploiting new channels and business opportunities, developing new distribution partnership and pitching new/existing product ideasAchieve sales and revenue target as assignedAchieve agreed level of client engagement activitiesRepresenting Invesco as the speaker in different seminars and presenting our market views and investment product ideas professionallyWork closely with the team in developing new product ideas, product focus and sales ideas to enhance business opportunitiesCommunicate effectively to the team and other departments on distributors’ requirements and expectationsLead or participate in other ad-hoc projects as assignedActively provide market intelligence and analyses for strategic planning and business developmentWork closely with other departments in delivering timely response to the clientsRequirement for the Role: Our high performing team is seeking candidates who innovate, operate effectively in an agile environment, challenge the status quo and are driven to succeed.University degree holder with 7+ years of sales and marketing experience in financial and / or fund products.Excellent in interpersonal skills with good connectivity with distributorsProven track records in selling to retail banks (branch network / front line selling), gatekeepers of retail banks/ private banks, and private bankers.Good technical knowledge in investmentGood communication skills and a good presenterComputer skills, both numeric (essential) and creativeAccurate, articulate, presentable.Innovativeness in coming up with new ideas in response to prospects’ needsGood time management skillsStrong team playerFluency in Thai and excellent spoken and written English.How to Apply: Apply for the role directly here or at Invesco Careers: Careers at Invesco | APAC.To know more about us:About Invesco: https://www.invesco.com/corporate/en/home.htmlAbout our Culture: https://www.invesco.com/corporate/en/about-us/our-culture.htmlAbout our CR program: https://www.invesco.com/corporate/en/our-commitments/corporate-responsibility.htmlFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
