Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo District for an Intern in Business Development. The selected candidate will support the team with lead generation, market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily activities include conducting research, prospecting potential leads, assisting in client interactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The intern will collaborate closely with team members to design and implement strategies for growth and client acquisition. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsEffective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members professionallyExperience or interest in Lead Generation and Market ResearchProactive attitude and eagerness to learn about business development and strategyAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentPursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
