Jumeirah is synonymous with Arabian luxury hospitality and the ability to craft distinctive, purposeful experiences for the world’s most discerning travellers.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai.The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role IncludeConduct market analysis, evaluate trends, performance indicators, and competitive landscape.Prepare development briefs and pitch decks for C-suite stakeholders, collaborating with multiple departments.Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand alignment with assets using predefined criteria.Support business case preparation for potential acquisitions and hotel management agreement projects.Collaborate with the commercial team to develop rate strategies and assist in term sheet development.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, providing insights and support to the development team.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.Collaborative team player with adaptability, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in financial analysis, modelling, market research, and understanding hospitality industry metrics.About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
