Purpose of the Role: Join our B2B Marketplace team at Zuellig Pharma Malaysia as a Project Management Intern and help drive our commercial growth. During your internship, you will assist in key commercial activities aimed at expanding our pharmaceutical and FMCG portfolios to better serve our customers. You will play a hands-on role in growing product listings, streamlining administrative workflows, and supporting critical marketplace projects. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world commercial experience, sharpen your analytical and presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint, and make a tangible impact on our fast-growing B2B operations.What You’ll Do:Assist the commercial team in executing initiatives to expand the pharmaceutical and FMCG product offerings on our B2B marketplace.Manage and optimise product listings, ensuring that catalogues, descriptions, and details are accurate and up to date on the platform.Support day-to-day administrative and project management tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows for the marketplace business.Utilise Microsoft Excel to organise data and track project progress and use PowerPoint to develop clear presentations that communicate insights for commercial decision-making.Collaborate with various internal teams to align on project timelines, deliverables, and customer requirements.Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to improve marketplace operations, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.What will make you successful: Must-Have: Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry and basic formulas) and a quick learner of new software systems. Precision: High attention to detail, you’re someone who catches small errors before they become big problemsCommunication: Good command of English (written and spoken) to coordinate effectively with internal teams.Advantage to Have: Analytical Mindset: Basic experience in data cleaning or creating simple performance trackers. Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to stay calm and organized during peak periods or sale events.
