Intern, Digital Sales Operations

What Will You DoWe are seeking a self-driven intern to join our Digital Sales team as a coordinator. You will support the team in daily operations, covering key sales activities such as proposal preparations, modifying sales materials and case presentations. You will also collaborate with team members to maintain accuracy in Sales Force and other relevant sales data entries.How You Will Do ItAct as a key point of contact in absence of Sales Director for sales and administrative queriesClose coordination with sales leaders and engineers to provide detailed research on potential customers, proposals and presentations.Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team which will polish and enhance your sales presentation, negotiation skill and knowledgeCollaborate with teams to develop an internal “digital champions” outreach and engagement programCo-organize and implement monthly digital community gatheringsWhat We Look ForPursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administrative and/or engineering facultyAble to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months preferredCreative, can-do attitude, strong passion to learn and problem solverMicrosoft Office especially in Microsoft ExcelStrong desire to learn and have change agilityPassionate, enthusiastic and possess perseverance to drive for results.Learning outcomes Ability to have insight into the World of Total Building Solution and Sustainability via digitalizationBuild up interpersonal relationship with a team of experienced sale leadersOpportunity to become part of Johnson Controls whom is the global leader for smart healthy and sustainable building and had been named to the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index.
