Through initiatives that protect our workers at work, transform careers, manage the cost of living, help with financial resilience and health, and nurture relationships for families, we champion every worker through every touch point as we work towards better wages, welfare, and work prospects.Because Every Worker Matters.Intern, Leadership & Talent Development (Summer Internship 2026)As a Leadership & Talent Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of talent management, including the administration of the NTUC Scholarship as well as talent identification and development programmes. You will collaborate closely with the team to support initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, contributing to the creation of a high-performing, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace.Responsibilities:Support and coordinate key projects such as the NTUC Scholarship, Talent Management, and Development Programmes.Assist in employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and satisfaction.Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programmes and activities effectively.Conduct research on industry trends related to workplace transformation and talent development.Perform other duties and tasks assigned on ad-hoc basis.Job Requirements:Currently an undergraduate student, preferably studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Passionate about people and workplace culture.Detail-oriented with good organisation and time management skills.Strong communication skills.A good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Comfortable working with data and using Microsoft Office tools.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
