We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Personnel Management team as a Welfare & Recognition Executive.What You Will Be Working OnExecute a full spectrum of HR activities:- Formulate and execute HR policies on welfare, recognition and benefit matters and allowances. Organise and facilitate welfare activities and organization-wide events/ceremonies. Manage welfare budget, expenditure and analysis of expenditure trends Conduct employee pulse surveys and perform data analytics on survey findings Administer HR IT system to ensure timely update of employee information. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and manpower data analysis. Other HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned for People Development Division.What We Are Looking For Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Meticulous, organized and creative with good written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong, resourceful team player, with a positive and proactive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PowerQuery). Knowledge in HR/Data Analytics/Sharepoint systems would be an advantage. Only Singaporeans need apply.
