Internship OverviewThis is an internship with a 6-month programAvailability of at least 3 working days per weekCommencement in January 2026PurposeSupport Operations Management in working closely with internal functional teams and vendors to manage direct and non-direct development, as well as sample and bulk production quality of assigned vendorsAssist in project management and data analysisKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Operations Management in overseeing the development process from design to bulk production, focusing on prototype sampling, costing, testing, and quality control to meet adidas standards and timelinesAssist in managing production, quality, and manufacturing excellence (ME) at designated suppliers to ensure consistent production processes and finished goods qualityEnsure Social & Environmental Affairs (SEA) policies and rules are properly implemented by all Tier 1 factoriesSupport ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the managerKey RelationshipsGlobal SourcingProduct OperationsOther Global Functions teams: Social and Environmental Affairs, Government AffairsExternal stakeholders: Sourcing SuppliersKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProject management skillsStrong data analysis, logical thinking, and planning abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong Microsoft Office skillsRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant subjectPassion for the sports industryLogical thinking, self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-orientedAvailability of at least 3 working days per week, with a 6-month service periodadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
