该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:Identify sources for Electronics process materials in Asia for our Global Electronics business which includes US, Europe, Asia, … This includes Electronics Specialty Gases as well as Specialty Chemicals/Precursors.Provide commercial team with appropriate information/training on the products to ensure they can be actively marketed to our global customer baseWork with supplier to complete end customer qualification surveys to enable our business.This includes quality details as well as raw material sourcing and other business dynamics including sustainability.Maintain a partner network for critical suppliers and maintained engagement as appropriate to maintain our businessMaintain appropriate contractual terms with our partner network to ensure long term business and strong barrier to entryNegotiate necessary costing from partner sources to allow successful sales of the product to our global customersAnalyze supply chain aspects to ensure efficiencies with tariffs and logistics for supply solutionsConduct supplier audits as necessary to maintain high quality supply.Support to manage products supply chain and local inventory through sales analysis and volume forecast.Coordinating with commercial team and supplier to resolve quality issues.Other tasks may include the engagement with regional JV partners and other supply partners to maintain our Electronics business. Qualifications （录用条件）:BS degree or aboveMinimum 10 years experience in Electronics (sales, procurement, manufacturing) – particularly in China marketExperience with Semiconductor Process Materials.Knowledge of Electronics Specialty Gases is required.Independent thinker and self-learnerAbility to work as a member of a team to accomplish tasksWilling to travelGood interpersonal skillsGood command of oral and written English
