该职位来源于猎聘Working with project assignment, take the leading role in project from purchasing perspective 根据项目分配，从采购角度主导项目PO management for standard vendors: from creation to closure (not GR) 标准供应商的订单管理：从创建到关闭（不是GR）Ensuring the correct components are available in the right quantity and the appropriate time and location 确保正确的组件在正确的数量和适当的时间和地点可用Follow up operational excellence initiatives with vendors e.g. lead times, ordering cycles 跟进供应商的卓越运营计划，如交货时间，订货周期等Follow up Capacity VS demand management 跟进产能与需求管理Internal communication of potential risk on stock outs 对缺货的潜在风险进行内部沟通Phase in/out management (stock levels, PO's...) 分阶段进/出管理（库存水平，订单…）Inventory management: adjust delivery of open orders according to demand and safety stock set up 库存管理：根据需求和安全库存的设定调整未完成订单的交付PO/invoice match: investigation of qty/price deviation.
